This hotel offered a great wake-up service in my room, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom, all in a nice location that's easily accessible by tram or taxi and in a quiet area.

the staff was outstandingly accommodating at all times. had particularly good and strategic location on the outskirts of krakow. plus, it was very close to krakow centre, kraków and the tram stop.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail is also commendable, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location may be slightly away from the city center, but with good public transport links, it is easy to get around.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with daily cleaning service and new towels provided every day. The hotel facilities were excellent, with free and safe parking available and a good restaurant downstairs with fair prices. The location, although far away from the city center, was easily accessible by tram, with tram number 14 taking us right into the city center. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.

There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a tram stop within walking distance. The neighborhood is quite. The price was right. The room was clean. Ideal for someone with a tight budget and just needing a place to stay. I at first did not have my passport to check-in, they allowed me to stay the first night without paying and without a passport. I paid the next day and was told it would be cheaper in cash, but I just paid the quoted price with credit.

The 1 bed was broken, so I slept on the other one. Reading lights above the bed, which I might not have used anyways, were not usable because the cords were not long enough to stretch to the nearest outlet.
